Sessions

In order to create a sense of spaciousness around our work together, my sessions are 75 minutes.

I regret that I am unable to accept insurance. If sessions at my full rate are not accessible for you, I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for folks whose situation would otherwise prohibit care. Please inquire about availability and for details.

Through my practice, I work to facilitate connection and understanding between you and your parts in pursuit of healing and liberation. While I draw from various approaches, my sessions are concentrated in parts work based on my training with Internal Family Systems. 

Sessions will be conducted over Zoom until further notice.
